Place your Rylstone Botanicals Dreamtime Lavender Pillow between your pillowcase and your regular pillow, positioning it where your head will rest. As you move during the night, the gentle pressure will naturally crush the lavender buds, slowly releasing their calming aroma. To refresh the scent, gently squeeze the pillow or add 1–2 drops of our lavender essential oil.
No need to wash your lavender pillows. They will be protected by your pillow slip. If you do accidently wash them with your linen, just allow them to dry and give them a gentle iron. Add a few drops of lavender oil onto the lavender pillow and replace between your pillow and pillow slip.
