All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in NSW.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Your tracking number will show on your thank you page when your order is placed.  A link to that page will also be emailed to you along with your receipt so you can return to track the package at any time.  

We use Australia Post for all our orders. You can select normal or express mail at the time of checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Retail Shipping
Australia: Retail orders within Australia have flat-rate shipping and are booked via the Shippit platform, utilizing Australia Post, Star Track & Aramex.

• Standard shipping Australia wide = $8.95
• Express post up to 500g = $11.95
• Express post up to 4kg = $19.95
• Free standard shipping for Australian retail orders over $99

International: Shipping for international retail orders is automatically calculated based on destination and weight and is sent via Australia Post.

Delivery

Orders are processed from our Rylstone head office usually within 24–48 hours Monday to Friday. Delivery is generally within 1–5 business days for Australian orders (except Western Australia and some regional areas which can take up to 7 business days).

International deliveries are generally made within 5–10 working days. Please note VAT or import taxes may apply once your order arrives depending on destination.

Express Post provides next business day deliveries to most Australian addresses. To check if your delivery area is within Australia Post's next day delivery network, please click here – Australia Post Express Network

Please note cut-off time for Express Post orders to dispatch same-day is 11:30am AEST.

Returns

If there is a fault with a product or it has been damaged in shipping, please contact us on (+61) 414948752 or email sales@rylstonebotanicals.com to resolve the problem.

All return claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. For faulty or damaged products, Rylstone Botanicals will replace or refund the goods—a photograph may be required. For refunds, the full amount will be credited via the original method of payment including any shipping costs.

We do not refund for change of mind.

Modifications/Cancellations

In the event that you wish to modify or cancel your order, you will need to do
