COUNTRY CALM HAND WASH lavender & rosehip
Inspired by the quiet afternoons of the Rylstone countryside, our Country Calm Hand Wash is a restorative formula designed for skin that needs a break from the elements. We’ve formulated this to offer more than just a cleanse—it’s a nurturing experience for hands that are constantly on the move.
The soul of this wash is our signature Lavender blend, combining Lavandula angustifolia for its calming properties and Lavandula intermedia for its crisp, clean botanical note. We’ve paired this with cold-pressed Rosehip Oil, a powerhouse of Vitamin A and Essential Fatty Acids. Rosehip is valued for its ability to support skin resilience and improve the appearance of texture, making it the perfect addition for hands exposed to the drying effects of the Australian sun and wind.
Instead of the harsh, drying sulfates found in many commercial soaps, we use gentle, sugar-derived cleansers and a high concentration of vegetable glycerin. This ensures that even with frequent washing, your skin feels pristine and soft, rather than stripped and tight.
All our products are manufactured in small batches, using essential oils grown at our property in country NSW. Slight variations can occur, due to the nature of essential oils and small batch manufacturing.

Aqua, Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Polysorbate 20, Glycerin, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Saccharide Isomerate, Phenoxyethanol, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Lavandula Hybrida (Lavender) Oil, Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Fruit Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Tocopherol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid.
Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate (Amino Acid-Derived): An ultra-gentle, vegetable-based cleanser derived from coconut oil and natural amino acids. Chosen for its superior mildness, it creates a soft, creamy foam that respects the skin’s delicate moisture balance and leaves hair feeling conditioned, supple, and clean without the use of sulfates or petroleum-based synthetics.
Decyl Glucoside (Sugar-Derived): A biodegradable, non-ionic cleanser derived from corn and coconut. This gentle botanical agent is chosen for its ability to create a joyful, airy foam while maintaining the skin’s natural moisture barrier, ensuring a refreshed and soft finish for even the most sensitive skin.
Saccharide Isomerate (Plant-Derived): A 100% natural “moisture magnet” that binds to the skin’s keratin to create a long-lasting hydration reservoir. Unlike traditional hydrators, it stays with the skin and hair even after rinsing, ensuring a deeply supple, dewy, and resilient finish that lasts for days.
Lavender Blend: A signature mix of Angustifolia and Hybrida species, providing a complex, calming scent profile.
Rosehip Oil: A nutrient-dense oil used to replenish and soothe dry skin.
Polysorbate 20 (Sorbitol-Derived): A gentle, non-ionic solubilizer that acts as a botanical bridge. It allows our pure essential oils to blend seamlessly into water-based formulas, ensuring every drop is perfectly infused and crystal clear without the use of harsh alcohols.
PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate (Corn-Derived): An exceptionally gentle, high-performance thickener derived from corn. It is chosen for its ability to transform our sulfate-free cleansers into a rich, honey-like texture that glides over the skin and hair, providing a luxurious sensory experience while reducing the potential for irritation.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A naturally derived antioxidant that protects the skin and our botanical formulas from free-radical damage.
Apply a small amount to wet skin. Gently massage into a lather, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Suitable for daily use on the face or body.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If product enters the eyes, rinse well with clean water immediately.
Patch test recommended: Apply a small amount to the inside of the arm 24 hours before first use.
Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or itching occurs. Consult a healthcare professional if irritation persists.
